MANUFACTURING & QUALITY

Approved first.
Produced second.

Quality starts before manufacturing. A clear proof and recorded specifications give both you and the production team the same reference.

THE PRODUCTION PATH

Six controlled steps.

Each stage moves the project from an idea to a production-ready specification.

01

Artwork review

We review your design, text, colors, size, and chosen construction before confirming the order.

02

Production specifications

Plating, enamel or print, backing, quantity, and packaging are recorded in the project details.

03

Digital proof

You review the production artwork and specifications. Nothing enters production until the proof is approved.

04

Tooling and preparation

Approved artwork is prepared for the selected manufacturing method, color placement, and finish.

05

Production

Our production partner, Yang Charles, manufactures the project to the approved specifications.

06

Quality review

Finished pieces are reviewed for the agreed artwork, finish, backing, quantity, and overall presentation.

WHAT WE REVIEW

Details that affect the finished pin.

  • Artwork and readable detail
  • Plating and color placement
  • Surface finish and backing
  • Quantity and packaging

A NOTE ON CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Made to specification—not mass-produced from a shelf.

Small variations in color, plating, dimensions, and surface appearance can occur in custom manufacturing. The approved proof and final quote define the intended design and specifications; they are the reference used for production review.

If finished goods materially differ from the approved specifications, contact us promptly with the project reference and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
