This policy explains the information used to provide Pinform estimates and custom projects, including when production support is provided by Yang Charles.
Effective August 18, 2026When you request an estimate or submit a project, we may collect your name, email address, company or organization, delivery country, project notes, selected specifications, estimated quantity, and uploaded artwork or reference files.
Police badge requests may also include organization type, department information, authorization statements, and other details needed to review eligibility.
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, page requested, and security events. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website—not to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
We use information to prepare estimates, review artwork, communicate about projects, create proofs, coordinate production and delivery, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not send unrelated promotional email unless you have separately agreed to receive it.
Project information may be shared with Yang Charles when needed for manufacturing, production support, payment, or order administration. It may also be processed by website hosting, cloud storage, email, payment, shipping, and professional service providers that support the project.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. We do not sell personal information.
Pinform’s website does not collect or store complete payment card details. Approved-project payments are collected under Yang Charles and may be handled by a separate payment provider. The payment notice shown at that stage will govern the payment information collected there.
Inquiry records and uploaded files are stored using controlled cloud services. Attachment access links included in project emails are designed to expire after 30 days. Records and files may be retained longer when reasonably needed to provide the project, support reorders, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, or meet legal obligations.
No system is completely secure. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or contractual purposes.
Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. You may also contact the privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Pinform, Yang Charles, and service providers may process information in countries different from your own. Where required, appropriate protections will be used for international transfers.
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
