TERMS & ORDER POLICY
These terms describe how estimates, approvals, custom production, payment, and delivery work for projects coordinated through Pinform.
Effective September 7, 2026Website estimates are planning tools based on the options selected. They are not final offers and exclude taxes, duties, and artwork-specific requirements unless stated otherwise. Standard worldwide shipping is free on a new customer's first eligible Pinform order.
An order is formed only after the artwork has been reviewed, a final quote and digital proof have been approved, and the required payment has been accepted.
Pinform is the customer-facing brand that coordinates estimates, artwork review, project communication, proof approval, and delivery planning.
Manufacturing and production support are provided in collaboration with Yang Charles. Payments for approved projects are collected under the Yang Charles name, which may appear on payment pages, invoices, receipts, or card statements.
You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce all artwork, logos, names, marks, photographs, and other material submitted for the project. You are responsible for the accuracy of wording, dates, colors, and other content you approve.
We may decline projects that appear unauthorized, unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or likely to infringe another party’s rights.
The digital proof and final quote are the production reference. Review them carefully before approval. Changes requested after approval may require a revised quote, additional payment, or a new schedule.
Production does not begin until the required approvals, information, and payment have been received.
Each order is made to the customer’s approved specifications. Before production begins, contact us immediately if you need to cancel; completed artwork, tooling, payment fees, or other work already performed may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
After production begins, an order generally cannot be changed or cancelled. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies for goods that materially fail to match the approved specifications.
Reasonable variation in color, plating, dimensions, placement, and surface appearance can occur in custom manufacturing. Computer displays and printed color references may not reproduce physical finishes exactly.
If you believe the delivered goods materially differ from the approved specifications, contact us promptly with the project reference, quantity affected, and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Production typically takes 14–21 calendar days after your digital proof and final quote are approved, payment is received, and required project information is complete. Timing depends on design complexity. Production and transit windows are estimates unless a final quote expressly states otherwise.
Orders ship via FedEx with package tracking. Transit time varies by destination and is additional to production time. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
The first-order offer applies once per new customer or organization and covers the standard worldwide shipping service selected by Pinform. Expedited or special delivery, duties, import taxes, customs brokerage, and customs clearance fees are excluded unless the final quote expressly states otherwise. Address accuracy, carrier delays, and other delivery conditions are described on our Production Time & Shipping page and in the final quote.
Website content may be updated and should not replace the specifications in an approved final quote. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinform and its production partners are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or an order.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a final quote conflicts with general website content, the final quote controls for that order.
