CUSTOM PRINTED PINS
Custom printed pins.
Every color. Every detail.
Custom printed pins reproduce photos, gradients, fine lettering, and full-color artwork without internal metal dividers, then protect the image beneath a clear raised epoxy dome.

WHY CHOOSE PRINTED PINS
A finish with a clear point of view.
Full-color freedom
Continuous gradients, subtle color shifts, and photographic imagery reproduce without needing a metal divider around every color.
Fine detail stays visible
Small illustration details, intricate logo elements, and nuanced textures can remain part of the finished design.
A clear protective surface
A transparent epoxy dome seals the print and gives the face a glossy, gently raised finish.

DESIGN FIT
Artwork that belongs in this finish.
Printed construction is the natural choice when the image depends on tonal variation rather than separated areas of solid enamel. It keeps complex artwork visually intact at a practical pin size.
Photo pins and portraits
Photographs, faces, places, and product imagery retain tonal transitions that enamel would need to simplify.
Gradients and full-color illustration
Soft shading, blended color, and detailed digital artwork can be reproduced without introducing internal metal lines.
Detailed logos and branded artwork
Printed logo pins support fine elements and larger color ranges when the original identity should stay visually faithful.

HOW IT IS MADE
Built one controlled layer at a time.
The digital proof confirms the shape, printed artwork, colors, and wording before production. The image is then reproduced on the pin face and sealed beneath its protective clear dome.
The pin base is prepared
The outside shape and plating are produced to create a clean metal base for the printed artwork.
The full-color artwork is printed
The approved image is reproduced across the face without internal metal dividers interrupting photos, gradients, or fine detail.
Clear epoxy seals the surface
A transparent dome is applied over the print before the backing, inspection, packing, and delivery stages are completed.

What are printed pins?+
Printed pins reproduce artwork directly on a metal pin face instead of filling separated areas with enamel. A clear raised epoxy dome covers the print for a glossy finished surface.
Can printed pins reproduce photos and gradients?+
Yes. Printed construction is intended for photographs, continuous gradients, soft shading, and other full-color artwork that cannot be divided neatly into solid enamel areas.
What does the epoxy dome do?+
The transparent epoxy layer covers and protects the printed artwork. It also creates the smooth, glossy, slightly raised surface that distinguishes this construction.
What artwork should I send?+
A high-resolution PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, or EPS file is a useful starting point. Send the best version you have; we review resolution, small details, text, and final-size readability before preparing the proof.
Will I approve the design before production?+
Yes. You receive a digital proof showing the shape, artwork, plating, and specifications before production begins or payment is requested.
