Which pin style should I choose?

Choose soft enamel for bold designs with a textured surface, hard enamel for a smooth premium finish, or printed pins for photos, gradients, and fine detail protected by a clear epoxy dome. If you are unsure, send your artwork and we will recommend the best fit.

What size should I order?

One inch is the most popular all-around size. Choose 3/4 inch for a small, simple mark, or 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 inches when your design includes more text or detail.

What artwork can I send?

A logo, sketch, screenshot, JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS file is a useful starting point. You do not need to prepare a production-ready file before contacting us.

What if I only have an idea or rough sketch?

Send what you have and explain what the pin should say or represent. We will review it and let you know what is needed to create an approvable proof.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. You receive a digital proof showing the pin artwork and specifications. Production begins only after you approve the proof and complete payment.

What is included in the instant estimate?

The estimate reflects your selected pin style, size, metal finish, backing, quantity, and the mold cost allocated across your order. Standard worldwide shipping is free on your first order. Duties, import taxes, expedited delivery, and artwork-specific requirements are confirmed in the final quote after we review your design.

Does my first order ship free worldwide?

Yes. New customers receive free standard shipping on their first Pinform order worldwide. Import duties, taxes, customs brokerage, and expedited delivery are not included.

Do you accept small orders?

Yes. Small orders are welcome. Instant estimates are available for the quantities shown in the estimator. For any other quantity, request a custom quote and we will review the quantity, artwork, and specifications personally.

How long will my order take?

Production typically takes 14–21 calendar days after your digital proof and final quote are approved, payment is received, and required project information is complete. Timing depends on design complexity. FedEx transit time varies by destination and is additional to production time. We’ll email your tracking number when your order ships. Your project schedule is confirmed with the final quote before payment.
